A nearly perceptible anxiety surrounds the retiring baby boom generation in corporate America today. Many thriving businesses began in the post World War II manufacturing boom. As those knowledge workers leave for the sunny golf courses of Florida, they take with them lifetimes of knowledge and skills that some businesses will never replace.
But it doesn’t have to be that way for your organization. Join us December 16th for a special event: Working with Subject Matter Experts.
By implementing a planning process that explores the nooks and crannies of your organization, you can be sure that you capture the important assets to ensure your company survives and thrives well into the future. Yes, it’s true that many companies are worried about replacing employees with new workers that have the right knowledge, skills and attitudes. However, you can preserve and pass on all three types of expertise to help turn your new workers into valued employees and experts-in-training.
Sessions scheduled for December 16th and January 13th. Seating is limited. Recommended that you send more than one person from your organization.
Learn about how to determine what is truly the irreplaceable expertise in your organization, what to look when capturing KSAs from your subject matter experts, and how to preserve and transfer knowledge in a way that allows your enterprise to continue to thrive.
Right now, I am feeling . . .
“Energized. Ready to apply newly learned concepts to my market development activities . . . Now!”
“Energized and empowered to engage key management to define Market Position and identify strategies going forward.”
“Excited because I can now see the relationship between Market Position, Price, Volume, Mix, and Cost!”
